Add/Change Listing

Before creating a new listing please search the whole site and see if the organization is maybe on a different page than the one you feel is the best fit. If your organization, or the one you are recommending for listing, is definitely not listed then we would like to have you!

To add or change a listing, please follow the instructions below then email Mark or Tim your information and the current or suggested directory page location.

Directory Listing Format

ORGANIZATION OR PROGRAM NAME: Bold upper/lower case
CONTACT PERSON/TITLE: Upper/lower case
STREET ADDRESS
CITY, STATE ZIP
PHONE: xxx-xxx-xxxx
EMAIL: name [at] domain.xxx 
(Note: the @ symbol is spelled out to reduce spam)
WEB: http://www.domain.xxx
DESCRIPTION: Upper/lower case

FORMATTING: Use formatting toolbar as you would with Word.

HORIZONTAL RULE: Click horizontal rule symbol in toolbar ( - )

(For volunteer editors) Editing a Listing

Create a new listing
  1. Decide category and go to page.
  2. Click "edit page" button in upper right corner of page.
  3. Locate alphabetical location for new listing.
  4. Insert cursor below preceeding listing's horizontal rule.
  5. Follow directory listing format.
  6. Click "save" button in upper right corner of page.

Edit an existing listing
  1. Click "edit page" button in upper right corner of page.
  2. Edit listing.
  3. Click "save" button in upper right corner of page.

Inserting & editing hyperlinks
  1. Click "edit page" button in upper right corner of page.
  2. Select link text.
  3. Click "CREATE LINK" button in toolbar.
  4. Click "Outside Web Page" tab in pop-up window.
  5. Enter or edit link URL.
  6. Click "ok."
  7. Click "save" button in upper right corner of page.
Deleting hyperlinks
  1. Click "edit page" button in upper right corner of page.
  2. Delete linked text.
  3. Re-enter text.
  4. Click "save" button in upper right corner of page.
