| Water Damage Repairs | We had a leaking roof that caused damage to several of the plaster ceilings and walls in our tenant occupied 2-family. Nick coordinated with the tenant to achieve the best work schedule and meet our timeline to get the project achieve to have the ceiling replaced and walls repaired. In the end, the project was better than we imagined and he also contributed the idea to add crown moulding to bring back some of the architectural character to the house and it was an excellent suggestion and improvement. The ceilings and walls that were replaced and/or repaired were done so well that they looked more perfect and smooth than their plaster predessessors. In watching his technique in painting of all of the areas that needed repair he was able to achieve a flawless finish without any mistakes with his extremely steady hand in cutting bordering areas. This is key especially when using dark or vibrant colors like those that are popular because they can be extremely unforgiving when using light colored trim work. In patching the "cottage cheese" textured ceiling, he did an impeccable job in putting back the texture where it needed to be replaced where there were repairs in the cracked plaster. We will continue to have him work and update our properties and recommend him to our friends and family. His schedule gets fully very quickly but he is always willing to work with you to get the project achieved for you when you want or need it. He was detail oriented, contributed his valued input, gave incredible service and demonstrated his desire to get the job done well, and gave incredible value to the money spent on the project.
