2009-2010 Supplies

VISITATION OF OUR LADY CATHOLIC SCHOOL
FIRST GRADE (1) 2009 - 2010

The following supplies will be needed for the students in First Grade. PLEASE HAVE THEM
FOR THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL. ALSO, PLEASE LABEL ALL INCOMING
SUPPLIES WITH YOUR CHILD'S NAME.


1 Terra Nova prep book (available at VOL ONLY) ***
3 VOL folders (available at VOL ONLY) ***
1 Handwriting book (available at VOL ONLY) ***
3 Tablets (available at VOL ONLY) ***
1 Primary journal composition book (available at VOL ONLY) ***
1 Language Art Journal (available at VOL ONLY) ***
1 Pair of scissors (children's Fiskar)
12 #2 Pencils WOOD ONLY
2 Red pencils
1 Pencil case (vinyl bank envelope style) NO BOXES
1 Yellow highlighter
2 Black & white composition books
1 8 oz. Elmer's Glue
2 Large glue sticks
1 8 Pack paint set of washable Crayola watercolors
4 Boxes of 24 count crayons or 1 box of 24 twistables
2 Red vinyl folders without prongs
1 Small container of bubbles
2 Boxes of wet wipes or 1 box and 1 refill
1 Box of Clorox/Lysol wipes
1 School bag (No rolling bags in 1st grade)
2 Large boxes of Kleenex

*** V.O.L. ONLY ITEMS WILL BE SOLD in the cafeteria on August 4th, 5th, and 6th from 9
a.m. – 2 p.m. ***

All lunch money must be paid in advance. For your convenience the cafeteria manager will be
available to accept lunch payments during our school supply days on August 4th, 5th, and 6th.
Please consider paying your child’s lunch money on one of these days. If you are unable to do
so, please send payment on the first day of school. Students will not be allowed to charge.
