NEWS FOR THE WEEK OF NOVEMBER 30th - DECEMBER 4th
This week in Language Arts class the children will meet and greet Mr. Z. Mr. Z has Zipping Zippers all over his body. In Math class the children will be introduced to the shape rectangle and then review the shapes: circle, square, and triangle. In Art class the children will work on a color coded zucchini activity page and a zoo activity page. In Cooking class the children will prepare and enjoy eating a zoo snack. In small group Art class the children will continue studying the art of Bougereaux. In Montessori class the children will be introduced to the country of Mexico and color an ornament for the Pre-K 4 windows. In Religion class our Faith Focus will be Advent Thanks to our wonderful parents who made our Thanksgiving feast a day to remember. You are great cooks! The feast was out of this world. I hope that you enjoyed your little ones performance on the stage. Thanks again for making the feast a truly outstanding event.

2. With the weather getting cooler and the children growing please make sure that their extra set of clothing is both climate and size appropriate. Please make sure all clothing is labeled with your child's first name and last initial. 3. Please refer to the VOL school handbook for the appropriate cold weather wear.
