Rules: 1. Follow directions the first time they are given. 2. Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself. 3. Bring all materials (pencils, books, binders, and homework) to class everyday. 4. You must have permission to leave your desk. 5. Raise your hand to speak, and wait to be called on. Consequences: 1. Warning- Student is warned about a particular behavior and receives a W on his/her conduct sheet. 2. 1 Check next to name- Student loses 5 minutes of recess. 3. 2 Checks next to name- Student loses 10 minutes of recess. 4. 3 Checks next to name- Student is given a demerit. 5. 3 Demerits- Student is issued a detention. Major offenses warrant an automatic demerit. |
