BIOME MOBILE --- PROJECT WILL BE DUE IN CLASS ON FRIDAY JAN. 23, 2009
The students have picked a biome to research and create a mobile to present to the class. PROJECTS REQUIREMENTS
*research paper for biome chosen typed on a 14 pt font of choice and double spaced
- use books
- internet
- magazines
- encyclopedias
-newspapers
*write a bibliography of the sources used typed on a 14 pt font of choice and double
spaced
*create a mobile for visual presentation
*index cards with notes to use for oral presentation
Students need to use wire coat hangers for the main structure of the mobile which the information should be attached to.
Other materials that can be used could include such items as most any arts and craft items or even items gathered from nature.
Students will recieve points on the following
-- research paper (toatal of 25 points an be earned)
-- bibliography (toatal of 25 points an be earned)
--mobile (toatal of 25 points an be earned)
--oral presentation (toatal of 25 points an be earned)
--creativity (toatal of 5 points an be earned)
