name is Amy Hudson, and I am the music/band director here at VOL.
I currently teach all primary music classes, band, 5th grade study skills and 6th grade art. I am a professional musician, and have been on the VOL faculty since 1993 after graduating from Loyola University with a degree in music education. Through my years at VOL, I have met many wonderful students and have enjoyed working with such a supportive staff. My goal is to help students realize their talents and to encourage them to experience a new way of expressing themselves through music.
