With 14 years of management and executive experience in 2 different corporations, Roger Kraft is uniquely qualified to help other companies and organizations achieve their goals.

After four years as the Customer Service Manager for Wisconsin Telecommunications Relay Service, Roger joined CSD in 1996.  In 10 years, he:

• Operated 2 TRS centers, supervising a staff of 250+;
• Directed interpreting services;
• Conducted Research and Development on video products;
• Helped win a bid for the California Equipment Distribution Program call center, supervised its operations, and helped win contract renewal;
• Launched 5 new VRS call centers and 3 new outreach offices nationwide;
• Taught internal Project Management classes;
• Served on the Executive team, helping set corporate-wide direction; and
• Directed Camp Lakodia, leading it to national recognition.
