Camp E.D.G.E.

Sunday was our last day for Camp E.D.G.E. We have had a great 5 weeks at VBS this year! We left camp knowing that God is our friend and wherever God sends us, we will go. Now it is time to go out in the world and Experience and Discover God Everywhere!

A great thanks to all the volunteers who helped at Camp E.D.G.E.! It was a great success because of your help!

Fourth Week of VBS at Vine Street

Thompson Berhow

During our 4th week at Camp E.D.G.E. we trekked to the Upper Room.

Campers learned that God loves us and we should love others just as he loves us.  We had great fun painting a canvas, singing songs, and playing games.  In science we discovered that our relationship with God is more powerful than anything else on earth!

Our Third Week of VBS at Vine Street

This week at Camp E.D.G.E., we trekked to the Pharisees' house.  Campers learned to be considerate of others because we are all children of God.  Mountaineers and Rock Climbers pledged that when God teaches they will learn.  Everyone made Camp E.D.G.E. ball caps, had a great time playing Take a Seat at the Rex Plex and even had a banquet of pizza bites and Sprite!  Campers enjoyed singing and dancing and exciting science experiments.  Everyone here looks forward to coming back to church next week for even more fun activities.

Second Week of VBS at Vine Street

Julia Matthews

This is our second week at Camp E.D.G.E!  We discovered God in the things we do and in the people we see.  We learned to follow God's word and to choose the right path.    We began our day in a morning assembly and music.  The rest of the day's activities included Rex Plex, Science, and art!  Everyone can't wait to come back next week!

This was our first week at Vacation Bible School's Camp E.D.G.E.!  We trekked to the Promised Land and learned that there is no reason to fear when God is here.  All campers took a pledge and promised to "stay close to God."  Blaze and Sparx opened the morning with a fun assembly.  Mountain climbers and mountaineers enjoyed activities such as science experiments, the Rex Plex, art, music and even snacks!  All the campers are off to a great start in Experiencing and Discovering God Everywhere!
