Trevecca University. Congratulations, Jim! We remember Vera Williams and her family. Vera's mother, Christine Hamilton, suffered a heart attack on Saturday night, April 11, and is in intensive care at Centennial. Jeremy Bertrand, a classmate of Clare Crenshaw's at Meigs Magnet School, was seriously burned on Saturday during a bonfire at his house. He is in the Vanderbilt Burn Unit with second and third degree burns on about 30% of his body. He is expected to recover, but it will be a long process. Please keep Jeremy and his family in your thoughts and prayers. Tallu Schuyler was commissioned for her ministry in Nicaragua in worship on Easter Sunday. She will leave Nashville on April 20. Two people died in Murfreesboro on Friday, April 10, when a tornado touched down several times. We remember the family and friends of Kori Bryant and her daughter, Olivia. Her husband, John was hospitalized with serious injuries as of Saturday. Mary Helen Conley sends her greetings and asked us to thank you for your visits and cards. |
