Stefania Fernández  Miss Venezuela Stefania Fernandez is on top of the world after winning the coveted crown Miss Universe crown. In the process Stefania Fernandez became the sixth Venezuelan to win the title. What's more interesting is Stefania was crowned fellow Venezuelan Dayana Mendoza who won the competition in 2008. It is only the second instance in the 58 years of the pageant that a country had retained the title after Johanna Raunio and Anne Marie Pohtamo of Finland did it in 1954 and 1955.
