Employee Signup

Just follow the instructions below to sign up for your Google Apps at UPOU account. If you already have an account and would like to sign in to Google Apps, go to http://www.google.com/a/upou.edu.ph.


Instructions
  1. Visit the signup page at http://gapps.upou.edu.ph/signup.php.

  2. If you are not signed in to the UPOU network, you will be prompted to sign in. Some employees don't have an account yet, so click on the link to your right, just below the section "Don't have an account yet?". On the other hand, if you already have a UPOU network account, just sign in with your employee ID (the number on your ID) and password.

  3. For new accounts, fill up the form and read the instructions on the left side of the pane if you need help. Make sure you select "I am a member of the UPOU faculty or staff" in the first section of the form. After signing up, you will be returned to the login page. Use your employee ID to sign in here.

  4. Once you are logged in, you'll be taken back to the Google Apps sign up website where you will need to enter your Google Apps password. Also take note of the username assigned to you. This is different from your UPOU network username (which is your employee ID).

  5. Once you enter a password, you should receive a confirmation (on the page itself, not in your inbox) that your Google Apps account has been created. Click on the link provided to continue to Google Apps.

  6. You will then see a sign in form hosted on Google, prompting you to enter your username and password. Enter your Google Apps username and password.

  7. Read the Terms of Service and accept them to activate your Google Apps account.
