Bylaws RevisionsThank you Mary Wiley, Barbs Burman, Chris Egle, Bruce Milne and others for these changes. The Board has reviewed and felt the changes are ready for the community to review and approve them at the Annual Meeting. Major changes- We have adjusted the Board to consist of 6 Trustees instead of 8.
- We have expanded the Nominating Committee into a Membership Committee. They will be responsible for ensuring an accurate and current membership roster in addition to find Board candidates.

ElectionWe now have three (3) year terms starting this year. To make the transition so that we have 2 Trustees elected each year, we have 2 two (2) year positions available.
We have 5 positions open for the Board: - 1 - 1 year positions
- 2 - 2 year positions
- 2 - 3 year positions
Mary Wiley will be the only Trustee continuing her term through February 2011. Chris Egle, Mark Malachi, and Rebecca Wells have finished their terms. (Rebecca Wells was appointed.) Betty Elliott has decided to step down from her second year of her term.
