There are numerous ways to get involved in your neighborhood council. As an introduction, the public is invited to attend the monthly council meetings on the first Wednesday of each month at Concordia University, Library Tech Room 218. The meetings begin at 7:00pm. Citizens residing in District 13 (Merriam Park, Snelling Hamline and Lexington-Hamline neighborhoods) may serve on one of Union Park District Council's committees, such as: Land Use, Neighborhood Issues, Parks and Recreation, or Internal Affairs. You are not required to be a board member to serve on a committee. For more information, contact 651-645-6887 or info@unionparkdc.org.
