Land Use Committee The Land Use Committee works on issues related to residential and commercial development; all licensing, permits, variances; and transit-oriented development. Chair: Eric Molho Neighborhood Issues Committee The Neighborhood Issues Committee works on quality of life issues. Often these activities will be the responsibility of sub-committees or task forces that operate under this committee. Chair: Maureen Warren Parks and Recreation Committee The Parks and Recreation Committee works on all issues related to parks and recreation within District 13. Chair: Richard Wilber Internal Affairs Committee The Internal Affairs Committee coordinates and implements all matters from fundraising, coordination of human resources, board member recruitment and orientation, and external publications and promotions. Chair: Jim Marti Union Park District Council Committees are open to the public.
