Commercial Support

UniMRCP is an open source project. There is no requirement to purchase support package in order to get the software or report issues. The software is open and free, and you are just welcome to report issues and raise ideas around the project. However, if your organization is planning commercial deployment of UniMRCP, consider purchasing one of the support packages in order to ensure the successful deployment.

All the support packages offer prioritize processing of the issues related to UniMRCP deployment. Support packages also include UniMRCP commitment to provide bug fixes within reliable time-frame.
