Worldwide Student NetworkDid you know there are 100 million university students outside the borders of the U.S. and most of them have never heard about Christ? WSN is the international effort of the U.S. Campus Ministry's commitment to serve the nations of the world in reaching college students for Christ. We believe that we stand at the threshold of a profound moment in history. As a generation we could see the culmination of a global vision: every person in the world having at least one chance to respond to Jesus Christ. We are committed to building campus movements covering the entire world, movements that are staffed and led by national believers. As visitors, this must be our goal, for nothing less is worth the effort. This means that our desire is to build up national leaders who will eventually replace us as the main working force, not only on the college campuses, but also in the community as a whole.
There are many ways to be part of the Worldwide Student Network. First of all, you can be praying for students around the world, laborers that are there, and for laborers to be raised up to go. Check this page often to get prayer letters, updates, and prayer requests from U of M students and graduates who are overseas. There are also many opportunities for you to go to our partnerships: 10 day vision trips, 6 week summer projects or a year-long STINT (Short Term INTernational).
This page exists to keep students in contact with students and U of M graduates who are around the world on STINT. If you're a U of M graduate who is on STINT and you want to send a message out to Cru, please email us at info@umncru.com and we'll post your message on this page! |
