On-campus housing

Accommodation will be provided for all funded participants, from July 16th to July 20th.

Funded participants will stay in double rooms, at McMahon Hall, one of the residence halls of the University of Washington. McMahon Hall is located within walking distance to the conference venue (map), in a quiet area with a great view over Lake Washington and the Cascade Mountains.

All rooms have twin beds. Bed linen and towels are provided.

According to the policies of the UW-HFS, students of the same gender will share a double room.
Roommates will be assigned unless you indicate a preference in your registration.
