Troop 222 - Wreath Fundraiser for 2009

Key Dates:

Aug  27- Send out troop wide email requesting sales levels

 

Aug 31 at Troop meeting - Ask for scout wreath sale response (level 1,2,3).

 

Sep 14 - Responses due to the Camps

 

Sept 21 at Troop meeting - Kick-off ... Start selling

 

Oct 26 at Troop Meeting - Orders, recap form, mail order wreath forms and payment is due. Note: Checks should be made to Troop 222

 

Sat Nov 21 7 AM unload truck and verify counts - 8Am to 10AM Pick up your wreath order.  If a scout does not pick up their order, or make arrangements to have it picked up, there will be a delivery fee of $35 plus 10% of sales charged if volunteers must deliver. More information will be coming, as we get closer to the delivery date.

 

Level 1 Sales - Territory:

 

  • Area allocations.
  • Additional areas are available to sell. 
  • If you would like to trade some houses with another scout, talk to that scout and then both scouts need to tell Mr. or Mrs. Camp what they would like to do.
  • If you do not sell in the area you have been assigned, you will be charged $35.
  • See rules for Selling.

 

Level 2 Sales - Family & Friends:

 

  • You may sell to your family and friends, but not door to door.  If you would like to sell door to door, contact Mr. or Mrs. Camp for an available territory.

Parents:  Your help will be appreciated.... We will need:

 

  • 6 parents to help check in the scouts orders at the Oct 26 th troop meeting.
