To download data from this system you need to use the BKLINK software... Note: this software only supports COM ports 1~4... If you are using an RS232 to USB converter you will need to note which communications port number has been allocated to the interface.
- Connect the 2238 to your PC
- Run BKLINK software
- This is available on the
supplied CD
- Click the download button and
select a file name
- Press the SYSTEMS key (Upper right just below the power button)Use the arrow keys and highlight ‘Printer
Interface’
- Select the printer Interface (Use the 'soft' function key lowest row left side)
- Make sure the Baud Rate is set
to 9600
- Press the OK function key (Use the 'soft' function key lowest row left side)
- Then the Close function key (Use the 'soft' function key lowest row right side)
- To print ‘Saved’ data.
- Press the SETTINGS key (Third row from the top left hand side)
- Use the arrows to highlight the File Manager.
- Select the File Manager (Use the 'soft' function key lowest row left side)
- Use the Right arrow to select
each file to be printed
- Select Menu (Use the 'soft' function key lowest row left side)
- Select Print
- You will see data arriving in
the PC and the 2238 will indicate each file as it is printer
