If you go to the Outdoor Entertaining Conditions for Medford, MA (02155) website - Saturday has a comfort zone of 6 -- JUDO people can handle that with NO PROBLEM!

If anyone has a pop-up canopy they could bring, please let me know - we have access to the usual 3 canopies that will cover the food, but in case we get an occasional rain drop, we would like to have a few more to hide under!  EMAIL and let me know - these will need to be there early if possible so you can drop them at the dojo tonight or Friday night and we'll arrange to have the early birds bring them over. 

Early birds--we need the club tables brought over.  I don't have my big wheels any more so any help you can offer would be appreciated.

Chairs
Towels, to mop up the rain :) or for swimmers)
Sunscreen - oh yes you'll need it
Games - we have volleyball, but bring whatever else
Cameras -
Whipped Cream (some of you understand)
