Below are the results of the Massachusetts competitors at Senior Nationals. Most important to us would be Roger Mazzella who competed less than a week after dislocating a finger at the Liberty Bell Tournament. This was Roger's best competition since his major knee surgery less than 2 yrs ago and it was an awesome day for him. He went 3-2 in huge division finishing in 7th place--including one match where he dispatched his opponent in less than 10 seconds for Ippon and other matches against the U.S.'s top players went the match time. Roger's return to form may be too late to vie at the trials but a great return after injuries and surgeries and of course there are still many events and goals ahead. Well done.
