ThirdForce plc is an e-learning solutions and services company. We've been around since 2002, and have grown through acquisition and organic growth. The company is listed on the London AIM and Dublin IEX markets and has its registered office and headquarters in Dublin, Ireland. The CEO is Brendan O'Sullivan; the chairman, Pat McDonagh.

The companies we have acquired are:
  •   The Electric Paper Company Limited
Founded in 1987 in Ireland - ICT eLearning specilists, with products like ECDL and AutoTest
  •    AV Edge Limited 
Founded in 1996 in Ireland - media production specialists in educational content for digital and broadcast platforms., with products like the Read Write Now series aired on RTE (the Irish television broadcaster) in partnership with NALA (National Adult Literacy Agency)

  •    Creative Learning Media Limited
Founded in 1999 in the UK - specialists in food safety and health safety compliance solutions.

  •    MindLeaders Inc
Founded in 1981 in the US - specialising in employee and individual performance-improvement technology-based training.


ThirdForce plc is operationally segmented into two discreet businesses:
  • ThirdForce UK and International - Managing Director is Alan Maguire (includes the integrated companies Electric Paper, AV Edge and CLM)
  • MindLeaders - President is Paul MacCartney
