Sales Executive (Vocational)

Sales Executive

 

Recent expansion has created an excellent opportunity for dynamic, motivated and talented internal sales personnel to become part of our success.

 

Purpose of the role

 

The internal sales rep will be responsible for pro-actively contacting secondary schools and businesses to arrange qualified leads for the areas sales executives.

 

Candidate Profile

 

·         Ambitious, self-motivated and confident with a direct and vibrant personality

·         Strong organisational and administration skills, with an eye for detail and an appreciation of journey planning

·         Must enjoy working within a team, be highly motivated and have a positive demeanour

 

Responsibilities

 

·         Carry out pro-active prospecting to secondary schools and businesses in England, Scotland & Wales.

·         Understand buyers’ goals, uncover problems and professionally articulate how ThirdForce’s value propositions meet buyers’ needs.

·         Support the field sales team by making a set number of qualified leads every month.

·         As required, organise diaries and schedule meetings in a structured manner for field sales consultants to attend.

·         Liaise closely with the field sales to ensure appropriate customer coverage

·         Open up further cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.

·         Maintaining minimum call rates and sales activities

·         Maintain the company’s CRM sales and marketing database system.

·         Other support and administration duties such as setting up customer evaluation sites & sending information packs

 

Requirements

 

·         Third level qualification with demonstrable computer skills

·         A proven track record in telephone sales (2+ years highly preferable)

·         Good verbal and written communication with excellent telephone skills

·         Good time management skills with ability to prioritise

·         Self starter as well as able to work as part of team

·         Any previous experience of working with Schools or Software sales will be highly advantageous.

Recent expansion has created an excellent opportunity for an articulate, motivated and results orientated commercial sales professional. A genuine new business winner is required with a proven track record of winning new business and growing client accounts to their full commercial value.

 

Purpose of the role

Act as the primary point-of-contact for client accounts and lead day-to-day management and optimisation of client activities. The role also includes a substantial component of new business acquisition.

 

Candidate Profile

  • Strong organisational and administration skills, with ability to work autonomously

  • Excellent and engaging client-facing manner

Responsibilities

 

  • Plan and Implement strategies to win new business in relation to the Mindleaders (www.mindleaders.com) portfolio in the UK
  • Negotiate and close deals with target customers
  • Develop detailed and up to date knowledge of the UK/International e-learning market as it relates to ThirdForce’s business
  • Develop detailed and technical knowledge of ThirdForce / Mindleaders products
  • Ongoing sales and account management of new business won
  • Lead and win tender opportunities as appropriate
  • Proactively find new ways to build the clients’ business and grow accounts
  • Quota bearing

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 3+ years commercial sales experience
  • Day-to-day client management experience
  • Extremely organised and highly motivated
  • Strong project management and bid submission skills
  • Experience giving presentations to clients
  • Strong technology / content understanding
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and account results

Purpose of the role:
 
The successful candidate will provide professional assessment and support to learners in the Skills for Life sector, enabling them to achieve their NVQ qualification. You will possess excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills and will be able to work independently and with others.
 
Responsibilities:
 
• Assisting, maintaining, and coaching a portfolio of learners to enable them to achieve their NVQ Qualification
• Monitoring Learners
• Liaising with other Assessors and Internal Verifiers
• Assisting in the marketing of the company’s programmes to potential Learners
• Maintaining current occupational records
• Participate in Training programmes
 
Scope:
 
To work as part of the Learning Services Team to achieve department objectives, while giving excellent customer service with specific attention to
  • Quality assurance
  • Integrity
  • Accuracy
  • Coordinating Skills for Life activity as appropriate to Clients.
  • To build regular communication with all customers:  Client site managers, Client trainer/Coach and keep Thirdforce Operational team fully informed.
  • To manage an Area to achieve targets in Skills for life by monitoring learner progress
  • To be the first contact for new clients.
  • Implement further site visits to enroll all eligible learners on to Skills for Life (SFL) & NVQ’s.
  • To support the SFL learners to achieve qualifications within agreed timescales.
  • To ensure learner progress to NVQ programme.

• Flexibility with respect to travel
• NVQ Assessor Experience
• Experience in Delivery of Literacy and Numeracy Key Skills
• Team work
• Management of work loads to achieve targets
• Analysis of NVQ & SFL activity to prioritise work with Assessors and IV’s

Essential Job Functions:
 
• Computer Literate in Excel, Word, E-mail
• Literacy & Numeracy level 2
• Literacy & Numeracy Adult Support certification, level 3
• Assessor D32 or V1 (optional)
• Competency in at least one sector i.e. Hospitality, Retail or Health Care Sectors
• Practical experience in Skills for Life/ Key skills
• Full working Knowledge of EL-Box
• Understanding of Aims Perform &  other Thirdforce programmes
