South Lake Union Friends And Neighbors (SLUFAN) is South Lake Union's community council.SLUFAN's purpose is to serve as a steward of the neighborhood plan. SLUFAN represents South Lake Union stakeholders on public policy and development issues, acts as a communication and educational vehicle to the neighborhood, and promotes community involvement in decisions, guidance, and neighborhood improvement projects.
