The 2008-2009 preliminary S3 report is ready for perusal by departments. Please check the numbers to see if they match your expectations. Last years numbers are included in the summary report so comparing changes is simple. Page one of each school's summary report contains year end and October 1 (2008-2009) numbers, page three lists last year (2007-2008) data.
The files can be downloaded from District Enrollment Reports or from the attachments below. |

I've created reports for PowerSchool similar to the ones for SIS2000. Website: http://reporting.wcsd.washk12.org/ReportsYou will need to login using your WCSD domain UserID and Password, i.e. wcsd\kkirkeby / password. Once in to the site, select PowerSchool and the appropriate catetory. You must be in one of two Active Directory groups to access the the reports: DataMiner or Counselor. Any questions can be directed to kkirkeby@tech.washk12.org |

Welcome to the new WCSD Data Tools site. We will try to keep information here for Data Coaches/Miners and anyone else that works with data in the Washington County School District.
Thanks.
