cut/fill earthwork calculations, flood zone compensation
calculations. My duties include developing and implementing
company's standard, technical support for Land Desktop and Civil 3D
users. I customized company's CAD standards for Civil3D, including
parts libraries, styles, drawing templates, developed procedures on
AutoCAD VBA to implement company's standards, modified Excel
spreadsheets with drainage calculations.

CADD Technician
Assisting with a projects, preparing design documents using AutoCAD
Land Development and Civil Desktop. My responsibilities include from
drafting job up to designing local parts of project, including
drainage systems, grading and profiles, sewer systems. In my spare
time I developed a procedure on VBA for automation of exporting data
from project's database (MS Access) to Excel and AutoCAD, which cut
development time for particular drawings.

Lead Engineer for Russian-Finland joint company, specializing in
distribution, installation and servicing of water treatment
equipment. My responsibilities included everything associated with
starting a company from the ground up, including establishing and
maintaining the company's local area network, local phone network,
office phone exchange (PBX). I developed, using MS Access and VBA),
several databases for tracking client's info, contacts and orders.
Additional responsibilities included the company's website design
using Microsoft Front page. I got training in Finland at factory
producing water treatment equipment, including pressure filters,
softeners, reverse osmosis, dozing systems. Once company was
established, my duties included negotiating with customers,
equipment installation, adjusting and starting it into operation,
teaching local personal. This job required more than 60% of business
trip. Under my supervising and with my participation were installed
and started into operation water treatment plants with unit capacity
from 90 cubic meters per day up to 90 cubic meters per hour.

September 2005
Lead Designer, Lead Engineer
Lead designer and Lead Engineer for Russian-Finland joint company,
specializing in rotary dieforms for corrugated cartons. My Lead
Engineer's responsibilities included everything associated with
starting a company from the ground up. I took a warehouse, with the
help of an assistant and turned it into an office and workshop. I
designed and maintained several pieces of proprietary equipment,
which was specifically for the dieform. Also my responsibilities
included everything from establishing and maintaining the company's
local area network to chief electrician. I developed several
databases, using MS Access and VBA, for keeping company's client
database, orders, material stock. Additional responsibilities
included the company's website designer using Microsoft Front page.
Once the company was established, my duties as the Lead Designer
included receiving requirements from users in several countries and
designing dieform and proprietary equipment to meet the users needs.
I got training in dieform's specialized software (ArtiosCAD) in
Finland and training in dieform's laser-cutting equipment in Italy.

installation on customer's computers. Maintenance of ISDN video
conferencing and IP video phone at department's Service Center.
+       Institute of physics and power engineering, Obninsk Russia
       June 1978 – April 1998
Engineer-designer
Fulfilled calculations of stress and temperature distributions using
spreadsheets and programming languages. Developed libraries and
utilities for AutoCAD using AutoLISP and VBA, linking databases with
drawing files for generating bills of material and other text
documents. I researched thermal conductivity, developed mathematical
models and computer visualization of 3-D surfaces of the results.
Designed machines, pressurized vessels, electrical heating systems.
Wrote the technical manuals for these machines. Maintenance of
hardware and software for the department computers, including LAN
administration. As laboratory assistant, assembly and adjustment of
the lab hardware, producing of separate units for experimental
installations on metal-cutting machine, measurement of experiment's
parameters.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

and Compas. Professional Experience in AutoCAD, AutoLISP, MS Access,
