Q. Why do emails originating from the service come from taglets@homosuperiorus.com? 
A. We know this can be confusing, but the email address we prefer (on domain taglets.org) cannot be enabled on the Google App Engine platform.  We are working with Google to resolve this.

Q.  Is there any support for the service?
A. We will do the best we can to support your use of the service if you mail us at support@taglets.org.  There is also a Google Groups forum for discussion of the service.

Q.  Do you offer an SMS outlet for tag comments?
A. No, but you might consider configuring a Twitter outlet on the tag of interest, then enabling your Twitter account for receiving SMS direct messages from Twitter user taglets.

Q. Do you use secure connections to conceal my username and password during service operations?
A. Yes. When you sign in to www.taglets.org HTTPS is used and Taglets API operations containing your password also use HTTPS.

Q. What problem does Taglets solve?
A. We don't know yet. There is no obvious demand for it. There is no target market. There is no business plan.
