WEEKEND PRACTICE: The distance coaches will be holding Saturday and Sunday fun runs. Saturday runs at 9 a.m. at Olander and Sunday runs at 4:15 p.m. at Wildwood (meet at stables/park HQ). These will begin March 14th and run throughout the season.These are optional, but HIGHLY encouraged, especially for the distance and middle distance runners. These runs serve as great conditioning and are very effective at improving speed and endurance not just for track but for soccer, baseball/softball, football and may other sports.
