2/07/09 Community Workshop - Action Items
- Create a coordinated Town/College energy plan that:
- a) identifies potential for renewable energy use;
- b) Ties in district heating & co-generation; &
- c) includes energy efficiency
- Establish a Town (bond-financed) revolving loan fund to provide low-cost loans to residents for energy-efficient improvements
- (Tuck School project based upon City of Berkeley model?)
- Encourage use of alternative energy
