A. Anti-Dumping Duties
Numerous Indian and Foreign Companies, Export Promotion Councils and the State have relied on our expertise in countless anti-dumping and anti-subsidy proceedings. We draw a complete framework from strategic planning, market research for domestic and international markets, substantive injury to the industry, analysis of various indices affecting the industry, negotiations for price undertakings, cost records and financial implications etc. in the matter of initiation of the case or in the defense of a case initiated and on participating in the proceedings and minimizing the liabilities, both prior to and after the initiation of the formal proceedings.

B. Anti-Subsidy Duties
We analyse the countervailibility of a foreign Government's subsidising exports. We examine the legal and economic aspects of various subsidy programs which are actionable under the W.T.O agreements on subsidies. We also prepare comprehensive legal and substantive representations for the defense and/or initiation of a case. Our economists and experts advise various associations, companies and the State on matters arising under the W.T.O Subsidy Agreements.

C. Safeguard Duties
Safeguard duties are temporary measures in defense of the Domestic Industry which is injured or has potential threat of injury due to sudden surge in imports. Our team of experts formulates a complete strategy, carries out market research and prepares a comprehensive report for initiation and/or defense of a Safeguard Duty case.

D. W.T.O Dispute Settlement proceedings
We advise and represent the State and the industry interest in W.T.O dispute resolution consultations/panels.

E. Trade Services
We extensively provide legal and policy advise to the State and domestic and foreign industries in respect of the implications of various W.T.O rules and agreements affecting trade, services and investments in domestic industries. We also advise on the steps required to be taken to minimize the impact and/or seeking remedial actions provided under the W.T.O agreements. We also act as Arbitrators in settling various international trade disputes. We also advise on the compatibility of the domestic laws vis-a-vis the W.T.O agreements.
