I am pleased to have my assistant Coach Sean Burns for the Middle School! Mrs. Angela McDavid is assisting me with K-4 on Mondays as a volunteer and is doing an excellent job!

Rumor has it………..that the 2nd Grade has been deprived of water during/after Physical Education classes for the last two months. This is untrue.
The real story……..Second Graders were not allowed to have water in the gym after PE because their behavior at the water fountains disturbed the Music and Art classes. After repeated warnings, to no avail, they were not allowed to have water at that time, in that location. Second Graders were allowed to get water and go to the bathroom when they entered the gym or after exercises and during activities, as needed. Mrs. Struck was told of the situation so that she could allow them to have water after returning to the classroom after PE class. None of this was “punishment.” It was necessary class management.
Please know that no teacher at St. Paul Catholic School would jeopardize your children’s health as a punishment or as a means of class management or for any other reason.
