The EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM is OPEN EVERY DAY THAT SCHOOL IS IN SESSION EXCEPT THE LAST DAY BEFORE CHRISTMAS VACATION AND THE LAST DAY OF SCHOOL. It is open ALL other early dismissal days. The hours are from right after school until 5:30.
***EXTENDED DAY is now being held in the Cafetorium. You may park in the parking lot adjacent to Hyde Park Road and enter the Cafetorium through the door facing the parking lot and closest to the new church.
Fees for Extended Day are $9.00 per day or $40.00 per week for the first child, $7.00 per day or $30.00 per week for the second child, and decreases accordingly for additional children in a family. Half-days are $9.00 if your child is picked up by 3:00 pm. There is an additional $3.00 charge if your child stays after 3:00 pm. The rate decreases for each child in a family. LATE FEE: PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THERE IS A LATE FEE FOR PICKING UP YOUR CHILD/CHILDREN AFTER 5:30. IT IS $5.00 FOR THE FIRST MINUTE AND $1.00 FOR EVERY MINUTE AFTER THAT.
Parents, please be on time to pick up your children after practices. The coaches are great in donating their time and energy to coach our students. They do have other commitments and need to leave when practice is over. If your children are not picked up when practice is over and Extended Day is still in session, they will be sent to Extended Day and the charge for that service is $9.00. Extended Day ends at 5:30.
If you have a problem getting your children to and from practices, Extended Day may be an option for you. We send children to their practices and get them back if their practices end by 5:30.
