It would suit a couple, or two house-mates could easily share since both upstairs bedrooms have their own walk in wardrobes, and their own bath/shower and toilets.

The place is one block from Castro Street in downtown Mountain View, within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants; and 4 blocks from the train stations and shuttle bus stops.  You can bicycle easily to the Googleplex, along the Stevens Creek trail.  There are two secured undercover parking spaces, and a storage locker in the downstairs garage.

The landlords agent will be advertising the place on Craigslist, but we're keen to get it leased out since we are having to leave before the lease comes due and will up out of pocket for rent and security deposit until it does lease.
