Topics in American Law

Upcoming Events

Current event articles are due every Friday!
Topics in American Law is a course dedicated to the study of law in America.  We study the history, application, and consequences of law.  This course will provide students not only with additional background to the American legal system but also with real-life situations that may touch them personally. Students will study a broad range of current legal issues that illustrate why and how our laws function as they do. While studying issues that are relevant to them, they will further sharpen the skills which are critical to their development as effective citizens.
