Monday, November 23

  Language Arts:

Class work:  Today we will be peer editing our compare and contrast rough drafts.  Once we finish, we will spend the rest of the class typing our final copies at the computer lab.  

Homework:  You had homework over the weekend for me. Take a break tonight! =)  However, if you are missing a RRL and would like to make it up this week you may do so!  It will be due Monday, November, 30. 

Social Studies:

 Class work:  We will be playing a game to help us study for tomorrow’s test on Egypt.  The test will be based off of the information given on the Ancient Egypt Outline, which can be downloaded. 

Homework:  Study for tomorrow’s test!

Tuesday, November 24

Language Arts:

Class work:   We will be returning to the computer lab to work on our final copies.  Final copies need to be handed in TOMORROW at the end of class.

Homework:  Tomorrow your final copy of your compare and contrast essay is due.  We will have tomorrow in class to finish, but if you think that you will be unable to complete it, you may work on it at home and bring it in on a flash drive.  Also, if you are missing a RRL and would like to make it up this week you may do so!  It will be due Monday, November, 30. 

 

Social Studies:

 Class work:  Ancient Egypt Test.  When we finish we will continue working in centers. 

  Homework: Relax and get ready for Thanksgiving! =)

 

Wednesday, November 25:

Language Arts:

 Class work: We will be working in the computer lab finishing our final copy of the compare and contrast essay which is due TODAY at the end of class! =)

Homework:  HAVE A SAFE AND WONDERFUL HOLIDAY!!!!!!!!!!  Eat lots of turkey (or in my case desserts), take a nap, and enjoy football! =)

 Class work:  No Social Studies today due to early dismissal.
