I.                    Website Improvements

a.       It was proposed to change our merchant account.  Paypal and Costco were considered.  Costco details (best option)

                                                              i.      $100 sign up fee

                                                            ii.      2% per transaction fee

                                                          iii.      fixed fee

                                                           iv.      provides a credit card machine

b.      Review of Google analytics

                                                              i.      Site is getting good traffic:  10/08 yielded 8 uniques/day

II.                  Trailblazer Business Directory

a.       Need to finalize ad to go out along with registration form

III.                Action Items

a.       draft summary of SRF goals/summary [Barry]

b.      Edit/reorganize site content [Anita]

c.       New SRF Branding [Chris]

d.      Finalize merchant account [Bijan]

e.      Finalize TB Directory Ad/Reg Form [Anita]

f.        Send out minutes for BOD approval, 10/21 & 11/2 [Anita]

g.       Buy new domain name to be used as primary website address www.StoneRanchFoundation.org [Anita]
