Grant Writing - Ben Russ

Purpose: Obtain grant funds from companies

Activity: Identify needs at our school and companies with an interest to support.  Write and submit various grants to secure funding.

Trailblazer Business Directory - Anita Tallman

Purpose:  Create a directory of businesses connected to Stone Ranch parents

Activity:  Contact parents to encourage participation in the directory

Trail Blazer Treats

Chairperson: Open

Purpose: Interact with Parents, Students, Teachers, and Staff. Introduce SRF to our community and solicit active participation. 

Activity: Meet every other Wed. at 7:45 and bring coffee, Muffins, and OJ to sell.

Family Night Out - Angie Deal 

Purpose: Raise funds through Donations from restaurants (15% to 25%). Provide venue for parents, teachers, staff and students to interact informally. 

Activity: Negotiate with different local restaurant to host SRF (typical crowd is ~200 people) one night every month.

Game Night Out - Barry Soalt

Purpose: Raise funds through Donations from attendance at game. Provide venue for community to interact informally.

Legal and Accounting - Barry Soalt

Purpose: Ensure legal and accounting compliance.

Activity: Perform regular bank audits and SRF activities to ensure compliance. Keep proper documentations for tax and other required filings.

Web Site - Anita Tallman

Purpose: Create an online community and gathering place for student and parents. Communicate Mission, Goals, and status of SRF activities.

Activity: Design, create, and host a web site for SRF to reach our community members. Use Donation tools, and online commerce engines to solicit funds.

Thank you Notes- Bijan Arbab

Purpose: Send hand written thank you notes to people and organization that provide funds and support.

Activity: Gather list of donors on a monthly basis and ensure that all donations are properly acknowledged.
