is now Auditor/Assistant and will handle deposits and create balance
sheets going forward

will take meeting minutes and store in binder

volunteered to take his name off the NCU account
- Angie’s
name will be added to the NCU account

that expenses under $100 shall require only 1 signature
- Agreed
that expenses over $100 require at least two signatures
- Agreed
that Angie shall have online access to NCU account
II. Foundation Goal
- Reviewed
Foundation goal of raising enough funds to hire four teachers for two school
years
II. Meeting formats
- Use
of email will be kept to min and all issues will be discussed and voted on
in board meetings
- Will
hold two meeting going forward
- One
on 3rd Tuesday of every month with larger group
- Second
with SRF board members.
III. Website Revamp
- Web
site content and design needs to be reviewed and voted on by the full board.
- Angie
presented new website design
IV. Upcoming Activities
- Will
hold a Business Networking event for parent owned business in early Dec.
- Will
sell LL Hawaiian tickets. Will generate 40% for SRF
