Secretary
The Parent Club will elect a secretary for the 2010/2011 and 2011/2012 school years in May 2010.
Secretary duties are:
a. Keep an accurate record of the proceedings of all meetings of the organization and the Executive Board.
b. Be prepared to refer to minutes of previous meetings.
c. Keep a current copy of the bylaws and standing rules.
d. Post notices of general meetings.
