Picturing America Grant
In October 2008 the St. Mary's School Library received 40 large laminated American masterpieces funded by a grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities and sponsored by the American Library Association. These replicas of primary sources reflect the history, culture and politics of the United States.

In April of 2009, The SMS Library was one of 4,000 libraries awarded a We The People Bookshelf Grant from the National Endowment for the Humanities and the American Library Association.
