1. Arrival time is 8:00-8:15. Your child has classroom responsibilities to carry out. Please drop your child off at the door and allow him/her to do the jobs independently. 2. Encourage self-dressing with clothes, tying shoes, and outdoor wear 3. You will receive a calendar each month indicating your child's snack day. If you happen to forget a snack, please send a box of cookies or crackers to replenish our emergency shelf. 4. Encourage daily visits to the IMC. 5. Make sure your child is prepared each day with appropriate outdoor wear. 6. Please send a note if there is a change in your child's after school plan. 7. Dismissal time is 3:15. Please pick your child up at the classroom door. 8. Please check the contents of your child's bookbag each day. 9. Try to make time for reading with your child every day. 10. Encourage activities that promote good fine motor skills. (Correct pencil grip, cutting on a line, drawing and writing) |
