The counseling department at South Salem High School is staffed with five counselors who provide both guidance and counseling to South Salem High School students. Counselors work with students to develop academic schedules to ensure proper placement whether the student is work or college bound. Counselors are also available to assist students with problems that may affect academic performance. The department is under the supervision of the Curriculum Assistant Principal. Appointments are made with counselors through the guidance office secretary. Watch this website for future updates in the Counseling Department.
