We meet Tuesdays from 3:15-4:15 unless notified otherwise.

Eligibility:

To be a member of art club you must be in 3^rd grade or older. 

You must have a B or better in art class.  (this is per quarter, not overall)

 

Objectives:

The point of art club is to give you extra time and materials to work on the projects of your choice.  You should know what you want to make and be able to explain it to me so I can help you make it!  This is not an additional art class; it is for independent work and artistic guidance.  I will also be available for project supervision for competitions (such as R.U.M.B.A.).

 

Rules during meetings:

·        Quite talking ONLY

·        Must be respectful to the club as a whole

·        Must be prepared to work

·        Must be safe (especially with materials such as scissors)

·        No images are allowed that are not considered school appropriate.  (if you wouldn’t want your parents or Mr. Alisher to see it, please don’t draw it!)

·        Treat materials with care

·        Treat other’s work with care

 

Art club is a privilege, not a right. 

These rules are eligible for revision at any time.
