You can use the ‘My Calendar’ page to organize your schedule. The calendar displays school events, and you can enter personal reminders also, and they are only visible to you. Access the ‘My Calendar’ page from the ‘My Links’ menu item.
The My Calendar page opens. The events are displayed by event type; each event type is color-coded. To add a personal event to your calendar, click on the ‘Add Event’ link in the right corner. The ‘Add Event’ page opens. Enter the details of your event, then click ‘Save’. If it is a recurring event, select the frequency (Daily, Weekly, etc.).
Teachers can view or print their school schedule by clicking on the ‘My Timetable’ link under ‘My Links’. The teacher’s timetable will be displayed. Click on the View/Print link to create a PDF file to print or save. |
