The special conferences page allows for the scheduling of conferences at any time, without the confines of the formal Parent Teacher Conference set up. To access the ‘Special Conferences’ page, click on ‘Conferences’ from the leftside menu and then click on the ‘Special Conferences’ link from the dropdown menu.

The special conferences page opens, displaying any special conferences which have already been scheduled. To schedule a special conference, click on the ‘Special Schedule’ button.

The Special Scheduling page opens. To schedule a conference, select the division from the dropdown menu, enter the name of the parent in the ‘Last Name:’ field. Then click on Go.

Click on the parent dropdown menu and select the desired parent. Once the parent is selected, a list of his or her children will appear. Check the ‘select’ box for the student and click on ‘Show List’.

You will now see a list of teachers and the corresponding classes which can be scheduled for a conference. First, click on the calendar icon to select a date. The calendar opens, click on the desired date to enter it in the schedule. Then, select the time from the dropdown menus. Once the desired time has been set, click on the ‘Schedule’ button to complete the process.

You will then see the newly scheduled conference listed on the Special Scheduling page.
