Yes!, there is only one exam (at the time of writing this), which is the "Flex 3 with AIR Exam". There are however at the moment no books specific for this exam other then the normal learning books. To get an idea of the requirements read the Adobe Flex 3 with AIR Exam Preparation Guide.
