Lost: Lane lost his navy blue sweatshirt with white writing on the front on picture day at school. Just wondering if someone took it home accidentally. I believe it was Old Navy.
Field Trips: Please note that the trip to Quincy to see Miss Nelson is Missing will replace our trip to the pumpkin patch. Our very own 5th grade student, Braden Clapp is starring in this production. Unfortunately tickets are limited and there won't be any extras for parents unless someone currently with a ticket is unable to go.
Field Trip Cost: Please notice that Miss Nelson is Missing costs $2.00. I have 12 signed permission slips, but money came in with only 6 of them. Please pay ahead of time so that we can submit just one check to the theater.
Kindergarten Challenge: All of the students are doing really well with learning the names and sounds of all the upper and lower case letters. Right now our class average is 72%. Thanks for all that support from home! We'll be having our ice cream party when we reach 90%.
Monday Columbus Day! We'll talk a little about this explorer and why we remember him. If anyone has access to a large cardboard box, like a refrigerator box, please bring it in and we'll transform it into the Nina, Pinta, or Santa Maria. (At Thanksgiving it will become the Mayflower!)
Draw a picture of something that begins with the sound of J.
Tuesday Tumbling with Mrs. Sara. Cut out a picture of something that begins with the sound of J.
Wednesday Mrs. Geisler from the Brown County Extension Office will come in today to read a book, do an activity with the life cycle of a pumpkin, and make a tasty pumpkin treat.
Thursday Tumbling with Mrs. Sara.
Friday Mass. Bring sharing in a bag (something that begins with J, please)
