Looking ahead: Kindergarten Round-up is March 5th. This year's kindergarten students will leave at 12:00 this day so that next year's kindergarten students may spend some time getting to know the classroom. Weather permitting, this year's kindergarten students will take a walking tour of Mt. Sterling in the AM.
Monday Draw a picture of something that begins with the sound of I. This week we'll be talking about the like cycle of a chicken and how the chick developes inside the egg. Make sure you have turned in Senora Cecy's Spanish homework (color the day of the week "Jueves" hoo-e-ves Thursday).
Tuesday Magazine turn in day. 2:00PM Dismiss. I have two magazines subscriptions I would like to renew and I will be drawing sticks to choose which students will get credit for the sale. I'll just enter the order and student name on the QSP website directly. Cut out a picture of something that begins with I (as in itch).
Wednesday We'll be beginning addresses this week. Art with Mrs. Jochem today. Rosie the hen took a walk around the farmyard. We'll be taking a walk around the schoolyard and writing about it.
Thursday Magazine turn in day. Continue practicing names and amounts of coins.
Friday Stations of the Cross. Bring sharing in a bag! St. Mary Fish Fry at KC Hall tonight. |
