legs and lower back massage  This workshop will go over a series of moves and techniques such as deep tissue, shiatsu, Swedish and stretching that can add a few ideas to your treatments of lower back pain, including sciatica, “locked sacrum,” and piriformis syndrome. We’ll go over how the tightness in the upper legs affects back pain, review anatomy, shiatsu, trigger point and deep tissue principals. Best of all, each participant will receive lots of excellent massage from other qualified, experienced therapists.
